My coaching philosophy:
I believe we reach our greatest potential when we leverage our strengths and effectively acknowledge and manage our weaknesses.
My goal is to help you understand yourself better through personalized coaching sessions. I offer executive coaching and leadership development services for both individuals and businesses at all stages of their career. I focus on promoting strong character, creating a positive work environment, enhancing leadership skills, and providing useful strategic personal insights.
There is no need for you to 'learn the hard way'.
You don't have to go through professional growth and challenges alone. Learn and grow with someone who has experience, empathy, and humility.

Charles' Story
I developed an interest in coaching when I entered the civilian corporate world. Previously, I had served in the military for 10 years, followed by 14 years as a peace officer and 5 years as a civilian DOD contractor overseas. In 2018, I made the transition to a leadership position at one of the largest U.S. civilian security and technology companies. As I moved up within this organization, I realized that the leadership style and processes needed in the corporate world were different from those that worked in my previous careers in paramilitary organizations. I had to learn to adapt and change my approach in order to succeed in this new environment.
Through trial and often much error, I learned what worked and what would not work in the corporate world. Through those trials and errors, I was blessed to have the opportunity to grow with this organization. I have held several senior leadership positions from Director of Operations, Director of HR Strategy, Director of Policy, amongst other leadership positions.
I now share my knowledge and experience by providing executive coaching to businesses that wish to build better leaders, and I offer leadership development for individuals who seek to advance their careers. Whether I'm coaching the experienced C-suite executive tasked with leading their organization, or the next generation of leaders being prepared for internal promotion. Working with a coach as you ascend the corporate ladder can help you hit the ground running as a leader by spotting opportunities, and prepare you to take on more authority and responsibility. I use transformational leadership training, and professional coaching background to guide others in carving out a career path tailored to their unique goals.

You are entitled to cancel your scheduled appointment within a period of 24 hours without the necessity of providing a reason for such cancellation. Please note that any cancellation of appointments related to a third party, who is not the carrier, will occur once the third party has taken possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, it is essential that you communicate your decision to us via a clear statement. This communication may be conducted through the Refund Request form below. Complete the form in it's entirety to receive prompt service. We will process your reimbursement within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be executed using the same payment method you utilized for the original order, and you will not incur any fees associated with this reimbursement.
