Charles Shehan
Founder | Business Consultant | Executive & Team Coach
Charles Shehan is an Executive Coach and the founder of NC Professional Coach. He has an MBA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a BBA from AIU. Charles is a certified Executive Coach and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Charles is a transformative leader with years of operational and human relations expertise. He has significantly contributed to the evolution of businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 front-runners in the security and technology services industry. Charles has business acumen related to organizational development and human resources. He’s worked with small business start-ups and industry leaders alike. With over 20 years of operational experience, he has worked with national names like Global K9 Protection Group, Constellis, DynCorp International, and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu /Safe Wrap. Charles is a veteran with previous successful careers in both the U.S. military and civilian law enforcement before finding his calling as an executive coach and entrepreneur. Charles is an active member of The Resolve Firm’s CEO Roundtable.
Terry “Doc” Dockery, PH.D. Business Consultant/Coach
Dr. Terry “Doc” Dockery has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is a former Fortune 500 consultant who now focuses on small business scaling. DOC has helped multiple LEADERS double their revenue WHILE HAVING FUN DOING IT.. HE has been featured in publications such as USA Today, Forbes.com, CFO Magazine, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and international business magazines. He is the best-selling author of "Leadership, Happiness & Profit: 12 Steps to a High-Performance Business" on Amazon. DOC is a sought-after board member and public speaker. He HAS SERVED on the faculty of the US Chamber of Commerce Executive Training Program, SEVERAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND THE Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards Committee for the Georgia Psychological Association. DOC has been happily married for 40 years. HE'S a proud father of 3 GROWN millennials, and a proud grandfather of 3 awesome grandkids. IN HIS SPARE TIME DOC PUTS THE "HARM" IN HARMONICA, AND HE received the "Lucille Award" from BB King for the best amateur blues band in the country.

You are entitled to cancel your scheduled appointment within a period of 24 hours without the necessity of providing a reason for such cancellation. Please note that any cancellation of appointments related to a third party, who is not the carrier, will occur once the third party has taken possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, it is essential that you communicate your decision to us via a clear statement. This communication may be conducted through the Refund Request form below. Complete the form in it's entirety to receive prompt service. We will process your reimbursement within a maximum of 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be executed using the same payment method you utilized for the original order, and you will not incur any fees associated with this reimbursement.
