Refund Policy
I. Purpose: This policy outlines the terms under which clients may receive refunds for executive coaching services. It ensures clarity, fairness, and alignment with business best practices and North Carolina consumer protection laws.
II. Scope: Applies to one-on-one coaching packages, group sessions, and customized leadership development programs offered by NC Professional Coach LLC.
III. Eligibility: Clients may request a refund under the following circumstances:

Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period: Full refund if canceled within 72 hours of purchase and before any sessions have occurred.

Non-Delivery of Service: If a scheduled session was not delivered due to coach cancellation or technical failure, and the session was not rescheduled.

Dissatisfaction Clause: A partial refund (up to 20%) may be issued if the client expresses dissatisfaction after the first paid session and chooses not to continue.
IV. Non-Refundable
Situations: Refunds will not be issued for:

Missed sessions without 24-hour prior notice.

Completed coaching sessions.

Customized programs once the kickoff session has occurred and materials have been shared.
V. Rescheduling & Credits:
Clients may reschedule with at least 24-hour notice without penalty. If unable to continue, clients may request a partial credit for unused sessions valid for 6 months from the original purchase date.
VI. How to Request a Refund:

Be sure to Submit* the form or your information will not be saved and your request will not be registered. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days following submission of request.
VII. Compliance: This policy complies with applicable laws including North Carolina's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (UDTPA). Discretionary refunds may be issued if required by law.
